The show started off with the black and white NWO celebrating in a limo after Starcade.

They showed pictures of the Flair, Bischoff match from Starcade, and they said Bischoff won with help from Curt Henning.

The Cat came out and said he could beat anybody. Then Jericho and Ralphus came out, and they brought out Shiimo Nobunaga. Jericho said this guy could beat the Cat.

The Cat won with a spin kick.

They showed pictures from the Nash, Goldberg match at Starcade. Nash won after Scott Hall came in and used a stun gun on Goldberg.

Norman Smiley vs. Chavo Guerrero, Jr.
Smiley won with the crossface chicken wing.

They had cameras at Raven's mom's house. Raven was acting like a baby.

They showed more pictures from Starcade.

Booker T vs. Fit Finley
Booker T won with a mistle dropkick.

Rick Flair came out with his bags. He said Bischoff said he was broke. Flair pulled out suits, said he's custom made from head to toe, took $3,000 out of his pocket, and then he stripped down to his boxers and socks. Flair said if Bischoff can beat him tonight, he will leave wrestling forever, but if he wins, he gets to run WCW for 90 days. Flair handcuffed himself to the top rope, and he said if they turn the cameras off, he'll be naked when they come back. They went to a commercial.

Flair was still there when they came back. Bischoff came to the ring. He said he would fight him tonight because the Horsemen weren't there.

Barry Windham vs. Prince Iaukea
Windham won with a bulldog.

They had an interview with a swat team sergeant about the taser that Hall used on Goldberg at Starcade. He said it was originally designed to hurt cattle.

Interview with DDP. They talked about the match where he beat the Giant at Starcade. DDP said he would love to work for Rick Flair.

The Wolfpac was in the back talking to Disco. Disco had on a Wolfpac shirt. Nash said they would get him a match tonight, and if he won he would be in the Wolfpac.

Eddy Guerrero and Juventud vs. Ray Mysterio, Jr. and Kidman
Eddy won the match with a frog splash.

The Wolfpac came to the ring. Nash said Disco would have to beat Bam Bam Bigelow tonight to get in the Wolfpac. He also said he was going to fight Goldberg next Monday on Nitro for the heavyweight title.

Bam Bam Bigelow vs. Disco Inferno
Bam Bam beat Disco with Greetings from Asbery Park.

Bischoff and Curt Henning were in the back making fun of Flair.

They went to Flair's doctor by satellite. His doctor said he didn't have a heart attack, he was poisoned.

They went to the back with Bischoff. Bischoff was going crazy because he just found out that he has to fight a healthy Rick Flair tonight.

Konnan defends against Scott Steiner w/Buff - NWO ref.
Konnan knocked out the NWO ref, and he got a WCW ref to come out. Security carried the NWO ref out. Luger came out and knocked Buff off the ring. When he fell, he pulled the ropes down, and Konnan fell over. Steiner picked him up, put him in the ring, put the Steiner Recliner on him, and won the belt.

Scott Hall vs. Brian Adams
Adams got on the ropes, and Hall grabbed him and put him in the edge to win.

Rick Flair vs. Bischoff
Flair came out first. Then they showed Bischoff in the back. He was trying to leave. He went to his limo. When he opened the door, the Horsemen got out. They carried him to the ring, and they threw him in for Flair. Flair killed Bischoff the whole match. Horace and Vincent came out, but the Horsemen stopped them. The Giant walked by everybody, got in the ring, and headbutted Flair. Macho Man came out with a new woman, and he got in the ring with a NWO black and white shirt on. Then he hit the Giant with a low blow and clotheslined him over the top rope. Macho Man ripped the NWO shirt off and left. Bischoff is the one that injured Macho Man's leg. Flair won the match with the figure four. Then he dropped the elbow and pinned him too. Flair is going to run WCW for the next 3 months. Then the Horsemen, the announcers, DDP, Booker T, Konnan, Dusty Rhodes, and Doug Dilinger came out to celebrate the win.
